It is a fair question. If our consultancy is paid, why do we make so much noise about not collecting banking details?

Because the two are unrelated. Our consultancy fees, when applicable to your specific case, are disclosed and agreed before any chargeable work begins. There is no surprise, no hidden charge, no automatic renewal. We tell you what guidance costs, you decide whether to proceed, and you settle through whatever method you prefer.

What we do not do — and never will — is collect your bank account number, sort code, debit card, or anything resembling payment details for your provider's bills. Those bills go directly to your network or broadband company through their own official channels. We are not a middleman, a reseller, or a payment processor. We are advisors, full stop.

That separation is the whole point. It keeps our advice honest and your finances safe.
